What do I pay online?
Taxi: a $5 reservation fee. SUV: a $10 reservation fee. The regulated taxi fare is paid to your driver. Sprinter: 50% of the agreed trip price as a deposit, with the balance shown separately.
How is my payment confirmed?
After you confirm, you receive instructions for card, USDT or Aruba bank transfer. Enter the receipt, transaction hash or transfer reference in My booking. Your ride is confirmed once TAXIARUBA has verified it.
Who sets the taxi fare?
The Government of Aruba. One $5 surcharge applies on Sundays, official holidays, between 11 PM and 7 AM, and from December 24 to January 1. See taxi.aw for current fares.
How many people fit?
Taxi up to 4, SUV up to 6 and Sprinter up to 13 passengers. In an SUV each passenger over 4 adds the regulated $3.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in My booking. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the reservation fee or deposit is non-refundable.
Do I need an account?
No. Your reservation reference and email are all you need to view, pay or cancel your booking.
